Moving FAQs, what to expect when you move with Integrity Movers

Are you fully licensed and insured?

Yes. Integrity Movers is fully licensed and insured. If your building or association requires a certificate of insurance before your move, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide it.

What moving services do you offer?

We offer residential and commercial moving, packing and unpacking, short- and long-term storage, receiving and delivery, and specialty-item moving.

Can you provide references or reviews?

Yes. We have over 200 reviews from real customers on Google, and you can also see recent reviews featured on our website’s homepage.

How do you calculate moving costs?

Our pricing is based on the time it takes our crew to complete your move from start to finish. We do not charge extra for long carries, stairs, or specialty items. Additional costs apply only to packing materials used, fuel, or any storage services needed.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand plans can change. We simply ask that you contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your move.

What items will you not move?

For safety reasons, we cannot move gasoline, propane tanks, chemicals, ice melt products, or any other flammable materials.

Do you require a deposit?

No. We do not collect deposits.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At the end of your move, your crew leader will review the final bill with you and collect payment. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Can you move specialty or high-value items?

Yes. We regularly move specialty items such as pianos, antiques, and fine furniture, using proper equipment and trained crews.

What is your policy on tipping movers?

Tipping is completely optional. If you are happy with your move and would like to tip your crew, you are welcome to do so.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You only pay for the time it takes to complete your move, any packing materials used, fuel costs, and any storage services you request.
